Veprchani lies on the north side of the Prilep's  Mariovo and belongs to the Municipality of Vitolishte. The village is hilly, at an altitude of 800 meters. From the town of Prilep village is 34 km away. There is a area, which occupies space of 29.2 km2. It is dominated by pasture area of 1778.4 ha , arable land cover 664.7 ha and forests  only 11.6 ha. The village has a Crop - livestock function. But like many villages in Mariovo also from Veprchani emigrated many of the population.
